A Little Shipping Update

We’re making some changes to our shipping from 14 October 2026.

For a long time, we’ve worked hard to keep shipping as affordable as possible, including offering free shipping on orders over $50.

Unfortunately, with freight and delivery costs continuing to rise, absorbing the full cost of shipping on some of our larger products is no longer sustainable for our small business.

Larger products such as our bounce boards, spinning chairs, balance boards and some swings can cost considerably more to send because Australia Post charges larger parcels based on their size as well as their actual weight.

Free shipping isn’t disappearing altogether.

We’re working on an updated shipping structure that will continue to keep shipping affordable for our smaller products, while larger and bulkier items will have a separate shipping rate based on their delivery location.

Our updated shipping rates will take effect from 14 October 2026.

Until then, our current shipping rates remain in place.
