Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sensory Central, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Clearance or hygiene-related products may be non-returnable (noted on product page).
Return Shipping- Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty/damaged. We recommend tracked postage for returns.
Refunds- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error).
Exchanges- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return for refund and place a new order.
Bulky & Oversized Items- Bulky items may incur restocking or return freight fees. Contact info@sensorycentral.com.au before returning bulky items.
Faulty or Damaged Items- Email info@sensorycentral.com.au within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Warehouse stock: Processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Drop shipped items: Processing may take 2–4 business days. Some items may ship directly from overseas suppliers, so delivery may take longer than standard Australian timeframes.
Standard Shipping (Australia)- Free Standard Shipping: On all small/regular-sized packages within Australia (3–7
business days).
Express Shipping: $14.95 (1–3 business days, available on eligible items).
Bulky & Oversized Shipping
